Words are powerful. They can build up or tear down. Bring joy or pain, motivation and inspiration or devastation. That’s why it’s important to recognize the absolute power in God’s Word.

A fine fellow from the Gideons, Mark Hewitt shared countless stories of how God uses His Word to change lives. “So shall My word be, it shall not return to Me empty” (Isaiah 55:11). We know this is true.

Truth is timeless. His Truth does not change. People’s ideas may differ, customs may change, moral codes may vary, but the great all-prevailing Truth stands for time and eternity.

It’s all about Jesus! He is the eternal message of the Bible for every person — that means you too! — offering us life, peace, and salvation with God.
