CONSIDER THIS
Freedom. Google it and discover a mind-boggling list of freedoms — a somewhat puzzling peek into our culture. Sure, we all like our freedoms, but are we truly free?
Look at it this way. We can be shackled to all sorts of things — sin, religion, darkness, death — you get the picture. Jesus comes along and says, “IF you live out what I tell you, you are My disciples. THEN you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
The Truth. Now that’s a whole other story, in more ways than one. Life around us is insane. The Truth is being stomped upon or twisted into deception. Seems like everyone is sharing “my truth”, but all their truths together collide and are discombobulating.
There is only one Truth.
Jesus is the only One who can break our chains so we can live truly free. It all starts with believing in Jesus and following Him to the finish line. Live in His Word. Know the Truth and walk in true freedom.
Jesus tells us the truth so we can be set free!
