How to Live in a Troubled World

CONSIDER THIS

In the midst of troubling times, do you find yourself crying out, “Where is God?”

Philip did. He asked Jesus, “Show us the Father. That is all we need.”

Jesus looked at Philip and said, “You know the Father already because you’ve been with Me. Whoever has seen Me has seen the Father.”

If you want to know the Father — His character, His desires, His heart — look at the Son. In seeing Jesus, we see the Father.

When we know the heart of the Father, we are confident we are not alone. We are not facing the storm on our own. He is with us. He is for us. He is in control. He gives us peace.
