CONSIDER THIS
While teaching literature at the University of Northern Colorado, Stephen May discovered 150 boxes of letters, manuscripts, journals, outlines, and notes given to the school by James A. Michener. After years of research and writing rough drafts, May used that great treasure to write a biography about the Pulitzer Prize-winning author Michener.
Think about it. God loves to spend time with us every day. So open His book. Embrace His words. Munch on them. They are living and powerful. His words are so much more than information, it’s about transformation. They have the power to change us. To bring us joy and strength and grace in spite of circumstances. To remind us that He is control. To help us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. To allow Him to hold our heart, knowing we are never alone.
A life well-lived is directly related to a Bible well-read. As we live out our life story, let’s tap into the treasure found in God’s Word every day.
