He Remains Faithful
He Remains Faithful

Bible Passage: Hebrews 11:13-31
CONSIDER THIS
Who doesn’t have a collection of yearbooks, scrapbooks or a wall of family photos, filled with snapshots of memories. Every picture tells a story.
Here in Hebrews 11 is a scrapbook of faith, snapshots of men and women of faith. These people came from all sorts of backgrounds: farmer, shepherds, nomads, leaders, even a prostitute, to name a few. Yet they all have one thing in common: they built their lives on the faithfulness of God.
Face it, at one time we were all pagans, outcasts and outsiders — very much like each of the people found in this chapter. We can learn so much from them. Every one of these stories of faith point to the One who is faithful.
God’s faithfulness is great, vast, incomparable — beyond our limited human comprehension. He never forgets, never fails, never stumbles, never goes back on His word. He always keeps His promises. He is our rock, our strength, our shield, the One we can depend on. His faithfulness motivates us and causes hope to rise. We can run to Him and rest confidently on His strong unwavering arms.
Atop all that, God delights making us outcasts into His family. Hear Him saying, “I’m not ashamed of you.” Simply believe in Him. He remains faithful.
