I have always had this picture in my mind that the "Senior Pastor" of a church should have a sign on his door that says "Assistant Pastor"- and right next door to that should be a prayer room that says "Senior Pastor". That keeps things in perspective! Then people can go and meet with the only true "Senior Pastor".
Well, we only have one office here at the church that we all share, so we'll hang the "Senior Pastor" sign over the proper name here on our website. It's just our attempt at keeping things in the proper perspective, and keeping the right heart.
